AMC American Motors Javelin
unlike any other on the road. The
AMC Javelin Muscle Car
has been
painted from the original ugly tan color to a beautiful "big bad blue" and
has bright orange palm tree decals and stripes that set this Javelin miles away
from any other. It has 15" chrome "smoothie" wheels and functioning chrome
side pipes that make this baby roar.
These Javelin muscle cars redone in 1971 to
incorporate various essentials that had been desired modification to the
earlier AMC Javelins for racing in the Trans-Am circuits. A roof
spoiler became integral. The fender bulges racers made to recognize wide
racing tires was tailored, but the way AMC stylists arched the
fenders over the wheel
1971 is
in most peoples opinions the best year for the second generation
Javelin.
